Overview

The Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation (“KBZF”) funded this strategic hospital project as part of an Islamic benevolent fund in association with His Highness, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s charitable donation on behalf of the people of the United Arab Emirates to the people of Morocco, thus, the hospital stands today as a non-profit hospital.

After years of delays, a team led by Kingston was appointed in 2015 to close out all of the existing contractual claims and disputes and formed a new team aiming to put the development back on track.  As a result, the project was delivered under a lower budget than initially expected.
