The Jeddah Female Vocational College of Excellence was built as part of a 200-college programme by TVTC and can accommodate up to 2000 students with specializations in IT, Business & Administration, Beauty, Jewellery, and Fashion.

In 2013, Kingston worked with a consortium of U.K. higher education colleges in order to support the bid for the Public Privet Partnership (“PPP”) vocational college in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Kingston also developed the financial model and bid documents and worked closely with the consortium during the preferred-bidder stage. The consortium was finally successful in their bid, and Kingston joined them aiming to rehabilitate the college, fit it out and carry out operational management during the five-year life cycle of the contract.
