The city ought to create a unique vision of living, working and playing. Given the client’s proposed housing densities, plot sizes, and emphasis on a beautiful landscape, the vision for the Land of Honey integrates a heavily landscaped, greened development with a viable, sustainable community.

Upon completion, it will create a new decentralized focus area in the Federal Capital Territory. A world-class, mixed-use new city providing residential, retail, commercial, tourism, social facilities and recreation.

In 2011, Kingston was appointed to act as the development manager.
