In 2010, Kingston was appointed by the client to provide a complete development consultancy service, including the appointment and management of a professional design team who were tasked with producing the architectural master plan concept, a high-level order of costs and preparing the financial feasibility study in order to allow the owner to make an informed decision about the financial and technical feasibility of the scheme.
