Overview

The Al Fattan Currency House is located in the heart of Dubai’s financial district, only a short walk to the DIFC Gate building and precinct.

The Currency House consists of three components: a high-quality professional office space, retail stores and a fine dining centre.  These components are housed in three buildings: The Pavilion (3 levels of mixed-use retail space), The Al Fattan Currency House Office Building (10 levels) and The Al Fattan Currency House Tower (34 levels).

Kingston was involved in the development of the project from its inception through design development and leading the engineering supervision and construction management teams through to its completion in 2009.
