Overview

Al Khayala Development combines high-quality design and construction with international influences tailored to Saudi preferences. It offers residents a unique, bespoke quality of life in protected landscapes. Al Khayala consists of the following four components:

• One-bedroom apartments (150 m²)
• Two-bedroom apartments (250 m²)
• Three-bedroom apartments (350 m²)
• Four-bedroom apartments (450 m²)

In addition, the community facilities include a function hall, a library, a men’s & women’s health club, family gardens, children’s play areas, a men’s & women’s business center and various retail outlets.

These components provide a clear framework to bring the development from “vision to reality”.

Kingston was acting as a development manager and completed the project in 2011.
