Overview

The 7.6-acre Arena Central site is strategically and conveniently located on the city’s west side, situated between the traditional city core and Brindley Place, bordered by Suffolk Street Queensway (A38), Broad Street, Bridge Street, and Holiday Street.

Arena Central Development L.L.P. is a USD $600 million project and a joint venture between Miller Development and Bridgehouse Capital.

For this 230,000-square-metre mixed-use development, the master plan incorporated a vibrant mix of retail, commercial, hotel, and residential uses, including functional spaces, a central public square, and active frontages at ground level, which Kingston has successfully managed since 2017.
