Overview

The Jazan Refinery and Terminal are located in Jazan, Saudi Arabia and are expected to support the future development of the Jazan Economic City as the additional refined products from the new facility satisfy the growth in domestic demand within the Saudi Arabian borders.

The proposed refinery is integrated with a future nearby world scale power and water facility. The marine terminal can receive carriers for the supply of crude oil to the refinery and has berths to support product exports from the refinery.

The refinery can process Arabian crude oils into producing approximately 75,000 BPD of gasoline, 100,000–160,000 BPD of ultra-low-sulfur diesel (10 parts per million), and 160,000–220,000 BPD of fuel oil, depending on the crude mix processed.

Kingston has been advising Hyundai-the contractor on commercial contract aspects since 2015.
