Overview

In 2012, Kingston was appointed by ADNEC to facilitate the addition of retail and hotel facilities to their existing convention centre.

The team developed a detailed plan which incorporated a retail mall on the first floor with a focus on women’s needs, various entertainment attractions and dining facilities on the second floor, two hotels linked to the mall with a large spa/health centre, and parking facilities.
