Overview

In 2010, Kingston was appointed to recover the following five disputed, troubled villa & apartment development projects:

• Ain Zara Housing Conglomerate
• Wadi Gan Housing Project
• Wadi Megenine Housing Project
• Al Awata Housing Project
• Souk Al Ahad Housing Project

A complete recovery programme was developed together with the deployment of engineering supervision and construction management teams, aiming to replace the teams provided by the contractor.

Each of these projects offered unique challenges as the five developments had suffered different delays and cost overruns, and for each and every one of them, the team had to handle sensitive issues with strong management skills.
