Overview

The Heart of Jeddah is a city development scheme centered on a rail transport hub and one of the city’s major highways. The development sought to become a unique destination for residential, business, conferencing, and retail use for Saudi residents.

In 2011, JDURC appointed Kingston to provide a high-level concept cost planning and assist the retained development managers Kaizen Development Consultancy in the phasing and preparation of the financial feasibility studies.
