  1. Higher educational institutions and facilities, including a school, a university, a research centre, a public library, and student accommodations;
  2. An aqua adventure park and a wildlife park;
  3. A heritage village with outdoor markets retailing local and traditional products;
  4. A marina yacht club surrounded by floating villas;
  5. A business park composed of office buildings and a financial district;
  6. Commercial amenities including a shopping mall, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes;
  7. Public service stations;
  8. Health care institutions.

Kingston was appointed as the Programme Manager of Turtle Bay in 2017.
