Overview

It is the first and only university in the U.A.E. to employ the concept of Domain Cluster, where colleges and centres of similar fields are physically located nearby. This unique feature of the university allows facilities to share common resources like labs and libraries between the colleges. It also enables students of similar fields to interact and share their experiences and challenges.

During 1992, Kingston led the project management team in the procurement and fitting out of the university sections. This was delivered under tight time constraints during the end of the construction period and prior to the student cohort arriving. The delivery was completed on time by using careful planning and procurement strategies.
